Tables & Chairs Rentals

The tables and chairs are included with rental of the Hall.

If you want to use the tables and/or chairs for an event being held elsewhere, the Sierra City Community Hall (SCCH) has tables and chairs available for rent. There are a total of 120 folding chairs available and 12 folding tables.

The tables accommodate 10 chairs and are 8′ long. Tablecloths (not available for rent) 60″ x 126″ allow for a 15″ drop.

Daily Rates

$4 per chair

$30 per table

Policies

• Clean the tables and chairs thoroughly, especially the feet, prior to returning them to the SCCH.
• Be accurate with the count, take only what has been paid for and return all that were taken.
• There is no additional charge for picking up one day prior to rental date(s) and/or returning the day after the rental date(s).

Once your Rental Request is received, a Rental Agreement form will be emailed to you for your review.

You’ll need to “Agree” to the Rental Agreement and mail in the specified amount in the form of a check.

Schedule your pick up and delivery dates and times via email.

Once your payment has been received, you can request instructions for how to access the SCCH for pick up and delivery.
